The Query Explorer shows you in detail what your customers are searching for in the shop and just how successful individual search terms really are.

Whilst the dashboard provides a quick overview of overall search performance, the Query Explorer goes one step further: you select a specific search term and see how that term has performed over time.

This reveals key metrics:

Search queries show how often a term has been used. This helps you identify which terms are particularly relevant.

CTR shows how often users click on a result after a search. A high CTR suggests that the results are relevant and interesting.

The zero-rate shows how often no relevant results were found for a search term. This metric is particularly important for identifying missing products, incorrect terms or missing synonyms.

The no-click rate shows how often results were displayed but no product was clicked on. This may indicate that the order, relevance or presentation of the results needs improving.

In addition, the Query Explorer provides further insights into user behaviour. Among other things, you can see which products were clicked on, the positions where clicks occur, which filters are used, and how search queries develop over time.

This allows you to quickly identify which search terms are performing well and where targeted optimisations are needed – for example, through synonyms, improved product data, adjusted relevance, pinned products or promotional banners.

A new feature is the PDF export: analyses can be downloaded directly as PDFs and used for internal evaluations, reports or coordination.

In short:
Query Explorer reveals what people are searching for, what works, and where your search can be improved.
